Everything we do is guided by five core values:

• JOY → Have you met us? We try to bring joy in everything we do!

• BRAVERY → Telling stories that challenge the status quo and elevate underrepresented voices.

• SUNSTAINABILITY → Building long-term community partnerships and eco-conscious production practices.

• INCLUSIVITY → Building an accessible, welcoming stage where diverse voices, backgrounds and lived experiences are celebrated front and centre.

• RESPECT → Honouring our artists, our audiences, and the First Nations custodians of the land we work on through fair practices, active listening, and care.
